R.U.B.E on different laptop/PC

Hi All,
I'm going to by license for R.U.B.E.
But now I'm using my old laptop and I'm going to change it in few weeks to new one(new laptop or new PC maybe).
Could someone say me if I buy R.U.B.E now, can I later activate the same license on my new laptop/PC or use it at the same time on my laptop and my PC for instance?
