RUBE isn't purchase

Hello! When i'm try to buy RUBE, paypal says that's payment failed.

Anyone knows what it is?

In the past, other people have found it worked when they tried later, eg. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=253&p=1061
That's all I can suggest unfortunately.
