Pay without PayPal ?

PayPal does not work with my country (Belarus). How can i use WebMoney or EasyPay ?
Sorry for my English. It's not my native language. I'm trying to learn it =)

Are you able to use a credit card with PayPal at all? If so, you could try the 1000yen donation twice (link is at the bottom of the tutorial pages). Let me know if you do this because your account will not be set up automatically...

My Paypal fails every time I try to purchase R.U.B.E. - any way around this?
