I was buying the editor and this error appeared (image attached).

This is a Paypal error or the site has a bug?

Can someone help me?

It seems that PayPal has gremlins in their system sometimes. In my server logs I have the same message to "direct your customer to PayPal". Although this error 10486 can be caused by lack of funds (eg. maxed out credit card), this problem has happened 3-4 times this year already even when there was no such issue of funds. In those cases, a direct payment did not work either and the only solution seemed to be to wait a day (or two!) and try again. You could try contacting PayPal, but to be honest that does not seem to help much. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Felipe was able to pay a few days later. Other people were able to purchase without any problems during that time, so I don't think it is a problem with my site. So unfortunately the only fix seems to be to try again later
