I managed to convert the old test bed ragdoll to the latest version of Box2d, I then used B2JSON to export the world into R.U.B.E

I sort of can get him to stand for a bit then he falls over

I'm setting the torque and all that stuff can anyone give me any pointers, for how I get him to stand straight, without falling over?

The json is attached too with a video above, my pc is slow, its a slower smooth collapse by the ragdoll.
when running in R.U.B.E
Thanks all!

Most of the joints are set to rotate at 1 degree per second, so it will never stay completely still.
To give it more stability I think you would have to make it stand with feet apart a little.

OK cool, yeah I found the more motor speed I had the faster he fell, what do you think is a sensible stable motor speed?

I will also try try separating his legs slightly

hm... I set all motor speeds to zero and it was ok. What is the max torque setting, 9999 or something really high right?

Opps!

I disabled all the motor options too, he now stands up right now!

Thanks :D
